Mason Jar Cookies

November 28, 2014

I see really cute Mason jar gifts all over Pinterest and always say, every year, that I’m going to make some. It never happened. Until this year!

Mason Jar Cookies

I put together three of my favourite Christmas cookie recipes, made some labels and put the ingredients into Mason jars.

Fudge Peppermint Crinkle Cookies

Fudge Peppermint Crinkle Cookies - Mason Jar Cookies

Toffee Blondies

Toffee Blondies - Mason Jar Cookies Santa’s Chocolate Chip Cookies

Santas Chocolate Chip Cookies - Mason Jar Cookies

I made some labels and printed them on card stock. I also made recipe cards for each one to include with the jars. I have horrible writing, so I made some cards with the recipe typed in but some people prefer to handwrite their recipes, so I’ve included some blank recipe cards as well.

I added a recipe for my favourite Peppermint Hot Chocolate too!

Having gifts like these that people can use and want is so important around the holidays. I hate giving gifts that people will just toss in a closet or donate to Goodwill! Your packaging of the cookie mix is just beautiful! THanks so much for sharing with us this week at Your Turn to Shine!

Hey, Emily. Jennifer from The Jenny Evolution here. I came to pin this post… but I thought you’d like to know your site is coming across funky. I’m working in Firefox. It looks like your top menu is pushing your posts to the far right. So your logo and menu are to the far left and then underneath your content to the far right. Just thought you’d like to know. (I’m pinning anyway :D)
